All our staff and colleagues are experienced, mature professionals who have considerable experience of choosing and buying property in Spain and specifically in the Javea, Denia, Moraira and Calpe areas.

We all have experience as clients of other companies when we bought our first Spanish property and then using that first hand experience we have been successfully helping others through the process of choosing and buying what for most is their first overseas villa.

We are not a large impersonal company but a small dedicated group of people who believe in providing good old fashioned service with a total belief in the qualities of honesty, avoiding all risks and getting value for money for our clients.

Buying an overseas property whether in Spain or elsewhere can be daunting as well as risky for the unwary. We aim for the process to be as stress free as possible and for the outcome to be one of the happiest and best decisions of your life.

This area of the Costa Blanca is very different from the south. Here it has and is changing but still retains many of the traditional Spanish charms and the coastal and inland towns and scenery are spectacular and the climate delightful.
