Moraira is delightfully situated on the Costa Blanca coastline of the Mediterranean Sea.  Once a quiet ancient fishing village, Moraira is still a pretty fishing town with an impressive port area and a working fish market.

The village is comfortably nestled between the backdrop of the mountains and boasts of beautiful beaches along the coast road.  Moraira has a Blue Flag of cleanliness, and is a safe and popular family beach.  Driving along the coast road you will discover many 'gems' with private bathing opportunities in secluded coves.

Convienently situated in the popular 'Marina Alta' the appeal of Moraira is a stable climate, with an estimated 320 sunny days each year, with an average blissful temperature of 16 deg during the winter months making it an ideal retreat from the cooler climates in other regions of Europe.

Moraira is a popular destination with holiday makers and retirees, all seeking rejuvination, relaxation and the excitement of the colourful activities that are presented during the summer months.  The centre of Moraira has been modernized with a magnificent array of boutique shops to satisfy all demands.


June is the month when things really hot up temperature and activity wise.  The locals conduct the popular and historical Moors and Christians parade / festival along with many other activies for everyones enjoyment.

Friday morning is the popular open air Market Day in Moraira, (situated just behind our office) with a good variety of seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables to tempt you, along with a variety of stalls selling  their wares of leather handbags, shoes, clothing, jewellery, scarves and much more.

For the sporting enthusiasts Moraira offers many activities, such as golf, tennis, paddle and a variety of water sports.


Moraira has an abundance of international restaurants bringing so much variety to your taste buds. The choice of bars and restaurants has to be seen to be believed, ranging from small Spanish Paella bars to top class restaurants.


The delightfully safe and family friendly Blue Flag beach is located centrally to the town, with parking available. Close by is the bay of El Portet.  The popular area offers a wide range of villas, townhouses and apartments for sale with stunning views.

Moraira is conveniently situated approximately 80 kms north of Alicante and 100 kms south of Valencia making it an ideal holiday destination for couples or families.

Teulada's landscaspe offers attractive views as it drops 185m to the sea.  The terraced vineyards cover the whole area.  Tuelada offers the opportunity to partake in a choice of pastimes, horse riding, squash, tennis and basketball.

Teulada is a typical Spanish town with a wealth of historical buildings, town hall and Churches.  You can wander through the town and partake in the many joyful and exciting fiestas.  These events are an opportunity to see the locals in their fine costumes and enjoy the communal paellas and buzzing atmosphere.
